I definitely seem to be battling fatigue. Ugh. Maybe it is because my immune system is all wound up as both of the kids progress through a roseola virus infection. While I am almost certainly immune, the body dealing with an abundance of a Herpes class virus can never be good! 10+ hours of sleep isn’t even beginning to hold me through the day. Plus my hands have been more stiff than normal, even when I’m not hot. On the other hand (no pun intended 😉 my hands do get stiff like this when I’m tired – though I have no idea what the connection is. I guess I hope the Myelin holds as best as possible until the house returns back to normal! 😉

  1. Ok … goofy/moon-bat advice alert. Whenever I start down that path, I start sucking down blueberries, apples, bannanannanaas and evening primrose oil tabs as fast as I can. If you care to ask why, I could explain. You just gotta trust me on this one.

  2. I definitely do the EPO route. I definitely don’t eat enough fruit, especially dark skinned ones. My Rasberry preserve, on an almost daily basis with my PB&J, is about my sole intake. Maybe I need a shipment from the Haupertonian Farm! 😉

  3. Beans, beans, the musical fruit; the more you eat the more you …:)
And I think the unusual amount of excess heat we are experiencing these days is not helping. It seems like there are a lot of us being affected in some unpleasant ways because of it. Eat your fruit young man!

  4. Seriously, how fun is it to say THIS = bannanannanaas???? Um, like SUPER!!!!!!

  5. I have severe fatigue on a daily basis and I find that when it’s at it’s worst my hands and arms don’t always work as well as they should. They become inflexible and weak and sometimes I can’t use them at all. I often wonder if MS fatigue affects other people this way too.

  6. Xanthia,
Fatigue and my hands play an interesting double feature is seems. 🙁
