I was talking to my coworker the other day and told him with the bad weather it freaked out my son, and he ended up sleeping with us. He made the comment about he doesn’t understand the phrase “sleeping like a baby” because everything seems to get them up. I couldn’t agree more, and I’m sure MDMHVonPA definitely feels my pain! 😉

Well this lack of sleep due to kids getting up and me going to bed way too late got me to thinking. I’ve noticed that MS fatigue feels completely different than regular fatigue does. Maybe because the MS fatigue is so much more severe, and I have never naturally been that fatigued. Regardless, it is now very easy to tell the difference between MS fatigue and not getting enough sleep fatigue.

  1. Erik take more naps, that is what my wife does during the day. Clarke

  2. Heh … you hit the nail on the head there. Here is the ‘kicker’ too: if the kid(s) sleep with you, you can count on getting pummeled by tiny fists and heels all night long.
