I don’t know how I missed this before but in big bold letters on the bottle holding the Evening Primrose Oil it says “PMS Support.” Of course it doesn’t mention on the bottle anywhere else that it is good for other stuff leading one to think it is medication for women. Maybe when I go to the neuro’s office in a couple of weeks I can have him give me a prescription for birth control pills to help with the MS too. 😉

  1. Nothing could be worse than when the Shared Solutions (Copaxone) nurse told me to try over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream for my injection site reactions…do you know what the most common brand name of OTC hydrocortisone cream is? I’m too embarassed to even write it, let alone purchase it. I had to send Mike in to do my dirty work. And it turns out that the Benadryl cream I already had works just as well! Almost a relief, as it will eliminate the need to purchase any more, er, hydrocortisone cream. 🙂

  2. Oh jeeze … I also heard that EPO is good for … softening of tissue for birthing purposes. I’ve been popping 3 of these a day for years, no-wonder my under-carriage has been feeling a bit tender! I would stay away from the birth control pills though, you might develop a taste for quiche and Dion Celine.
