I tend to only get 7 to 7.5 hours of sleep during the week and that isn’t nearly enough and is having a negative impact on my health – specifically the Multiple Sclerosis. My target should be 8.5-9 hours of sleep but that requires me to be in bed with the lights out by 9:30 to 10:00 but that is a challenge with the 2 year old going to bed around 9:00 and the 5 month old going to bed a little while after him. I guess everyone needs to get on a new schedule.
