I saw this article and just had to read it. What I liked was the very first line “1 in 8 People Can’t Function Without Daily Fix” which I think I certainly fit into this category. Ah what would I do without caffeine – in the very least I would probably get fired from my job! 😉 But why would anyone want to quit and then stop functioning? While ThinkGeek probably has the market cornered on everything caffeine the one thing that appeals to me is the

Shower Shock Caffeinated Soap – just what the body needs in the morning for that little extra kick before the coffee/Coke/caffeinated beverage of choice. I think a strip from the UserFriendly comic strip best sums it up.

  1. I have never been a caffeine person. Don’t even own a coffeemaker. But lately, I have found that a Coke really picks me up in the middle of the day, and it is starting to become more of a habit than a choice. It definitely perks me up. I am wondering if I am somehow self-medicating for fatigue. 🙂

  2. Damn Straight! I cant get started until I finish my first pot.
